THE SYDNEY FAIR IS BACK AND SET TO SPARKLE


World-renowned The Sydney Fair returns to Royal Randwick Racecourse from Thursday 28 July to Sunday 31 July, offering a discerning experience for seasoned collectors, lovers of art and history, fashionistas, stylists and enthusiasts alike. 

There will be thousands of pieces of unique, rare and much sought-after objects from Australia’s foremost Antique and Vintage dealers. The Sydney Fair is one of the highlights of the collector’s calendar and never disappoints. 

Bringing The Kensington Room at Royal Randwick alive, the fair will transform it into a treasure trove of the most desirable and collectible pieces of Antique, Art Deco, Vintage and Contemporary pieces in Australia. The Sydney Fair will be full of experts and dealers, specialists in jewellery, furniture, fine art, fashion and collectibles, sharing advice, knowledge and passion for their field of specialty. 

All pieces will be available to admire and purchase, giving collectors a wonderful opportunity to add to their own collections. Featuring a full program of supporting events, talks and art appraisals and The Sydney Fair has something for everyone. 

And calling all fashion lovers! Fashion Anthropologist Tom McEvoy and Vintage Stylist and Researcher Lili Chen will share their knowledge of the Australian Designers who were at the forefront of fashion in the 20th Century at a free presentation. Think fashion from the 20s through to the 80s as they talk shape and direction. Visitors can also enjoy an incredible catwalk experience highlighting Fashion Revolutions through the 20th Century. 

Events as part of The Sydney Fair included in ticket price are an exhibition titled Fashion Revolutions through 20th Century which includes unique and rare Australian fashion pieces, swinging 60s designs and iconic 20th Century designers on display across the three days as well as.

Day pass holders may return as many times as they like on the one ticket for the duration of the Fair.
